When Apollo’s Patch Engine gains support for a game, it means the engine can decrypt that game’s saves, rewrite values with cheat patches, and re-seal them with the game’s custom checksum so the edited save still validates. v2.4.0 (October 17, 2026) shipped Patch Engine v3.0.0 with the following additions — quoted from the official changelog, not scraped from forums.

What This Unlocks in Practice
For these titles, the full loop now works inside Apollo: decrypt the save, apply Save Wizard / BSD-format cheat patches, and let the engine reseal the file with a valid checksum. Before v2.4.0, several of these games could be viewed but not safely edited, because an edited save failed the game’s own integrity check (the classic “corrupted save” outcome).
Keeping Perspective
Support is per-title and cumulative — the engine’s catalogue already covered many games before this release, and the apollo-patches companion project continues to add cheat definitions between releases. If your game isn’t supported yet, editing its saves safely may not be possible yet; forcing it produces corrupted saves, not progress.
